Why does it say pending/processing transaction?

A transaction (top-up or transfer) may be stuck in pending/processing because of a delayed response from the bank. The general flow of events is as follows. You can click on each part for more info.

  1. Check to see if the transaction is being processed.
  2. Wait for a response from the bank.
  3. If the transaction timed out, check again with the bank later.

    Others (related to this article) My bank tranx has been approved but the amount did not increase my top up balance. This keep on recurrring since 28 Feb. Though my account tranfer has been approved ,the setel does not takeup.i reported to my bank and they confirmed my money was not deducted. So i am safe. But i almost giveup buying petrol from Peteonas
