In the e-mail, provide clear screenshots of your physical receipt and ensure that your receipt has the following information:
- Name of the PETRONAS station
- Date and time of your purchase
- Invoice number
- Total amount
Take note that Mesra Rewards points can only be awarded once the customer service representative can confirm there was a legitimate connectivity issue.
