How can I view my e-Policy for insurance renewals with Etiqa General Insurance and Etiqa Private Car Takaful?

Easily access your e-Policy through the Etiqa+ app with these steps:

Step 1: Download the Etiqa+ app 

Find it on

• Google Play (for Android devices)
• Apple App Store (for iOS devices)
• HUAWEI AppGallery (for HUAWEI devices)

Step 2: Sign up OR log in

Open the app and tap on the Login button.

• If you're a first-time user, create an account.
• If you've already registered, enter your login credentials.

Step 3: Locate your e-Policy

At the homepage, tap on the My Active Policy/Cert card.

Then, under the Active tab, select the policy you wish to view.

Step 4: Download your e-Policy

Tap on Download documents.

Go to Your Policy tab to find your e-Policy.

For security purposes, all documents in the Etiqa+ app are password protected.

To download your e-Policy, enter your date of birth and the last 4 digits of your NRIC or Passport. For example, your password is 0308885055 if your NRIC number is 880803-05-5055.
