Why is my road tax renewal delayed?

The most common reasons for road tax renewal delays are due to the following issues:

1. Inactive vehicle insurance

2. Blacklisted due to outstanding summons by JPJ or PDRM.

- Once issue 1 and 2 are resolved, the road tax renewal process will be resumed.

3. Weekend or Public holiday

- Road tax renewals require JPJ reviews and approvals, which can only be conducted on working days.
