Why is my road tax renewal delayed?

Your renewal may be delayed for several reasons. Below are the most common issues and what you can do to resolve them:

Issue	Solution
Inactive vehicle insurance	Renew your vehicle insurance first. Your road tax renewal will automatically proceed once MyJPJ reflects your active insurance.
Blacklisted summons by JPJ or PDRM	Clear your summons with JPJ or PDRM. The renewal process will resume once your blacklisted status is removed from the system.
Weekend or public holiday	Please expect a minor delay as JPJ processes road tax renewals on working days only.
