1. What is Setel Pro?

Setel Pro is a subscriptions program launched by Setel to allow users to earn additional rewards through every transaction.

2. Do I need to pay to use Setel Pro?

Yes, you will need to select a package option (monthly, 6-monthly, annual) plan that suits your spending needs and pay for it to be included in Setel Pro.

3. What benefits do subscribers get?

Subscribers to Setel Pro will get a mixture of benefits comprising additional points, earning cashback on spendings and voucher bundles which refreshes each month.

4. Will I be charged automatically?

You will only need to authorise payment once for Setel Pro and we will deduct the price of the package from your selected payment method each month to keep the subscription active.

5. Is there a free trial to Setel Pro?

Yes! There will be a one-month free trial to Setel Pro exclusive to users who has answered the Setel Pro survey // Yes! There will be a one-month free trial to Setel Pro for all first-time subscribers.

6. If I cancel my subscription during the trial period, will I still get to use the free trial?

Yes, the free trial will be available till the last day of the trial period. You can still proceed to use the vouchers and get additional points until the end of the free trial.

7. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime via the “Manage” button under Setel Pro. Your existing subscription will remain active till the last day of the package.

8. Where can I view my subscription status?

You can view your subscription status anytime by clicking onto the “Setel Pro” tile.

9. Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

Unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund if you choose to cancel your subscription package early. The package will remain active till the last date of the existing package.

10. When do my benefits start?

Once your payment is successful, your package will begin. The benefits in Setel Pro will also be available to you once you have made the payment.

11. What kind of cashback can I get as a Setel Pro user?

Cashback on earnings may differ from time to time, from 2% cashback on fuel spend to 5% cashback on Kedai Mesra spendings. stay tuned for our official announcements!
