What is a Mesra Rewards card?

The Mesra Rewards card is part of PETRONAS’s loyalty programme, where you can earn and redeem points.

Physical Mesra Rewards cards are no longer being produced. Instead, you’ll automatically get a virtual Mesra Rewards card when you use the Setel app.

Simply activate the virtual card and start using it right away!

I have a physical Mesra Rewards card. Can I still use it?

Yes, of course! Just link your physical card to Setel to enjoy the convenience of earning and redeeming points through the app.

How do I link my physical Mesra Rewards card?

You can link your physical Mesra Rewards card to the Setel app by following the steps below.

2. Tap on Mesra card.

   
   
   

3. Tap Link now.

   
   
   

4. Fill in your details then tap Link now.

   
   
   

5. Success! Your card is now linked to Setel.

   

Why can’t I link my physical Mesra Rewards card?

There could be several reasons why this happened.

1. Incorrect Mesra Rewards card number
   Double-check the number you entered during the linking process. Even a small typo can prevent successful linking.
   
   
2. Card is already linked to another Setel account
   Your Mesra Rewards card may already be linked to a different Setel account. This can happen if you've previously used the card with a different account.
   
   
3. Physical card has been deactivated
   If your card has been deactivated, it can’t be linked to any Setel account.
   
   
4. Card was registered with different credentials
   Check if your card was registered with other details, such as a different phone number, email, or IC number.
