How do I update my personal details in the Setel app?

You can update some personal details directly in the Setel app. For security reasons, changing certain information such as your full name may require a manual request through the links provided.

Updating your legal full name?

✅ If your account is verified,
This cannot be edited in the app directly. Please submit a request with your new full name. Submit request

❌ If your account is unverified,

  1. Launch the Setel app and tap Profile.
  2. Tap Personal information.
  3. Tap Full name.

Updating your NRIC number?

✅ If your account is verified
This cannot be edited in the app directly. Please submit a request with your new IC number. Submit request

❌ If your account is unverified

  1. Launch the Setel app and tap Profile.
  2. Tap Personal information.
  3. Tap IC number.
