Launch the Setel app and tap Account.
Tap on Personal information.
Enter your passcode.
Tap on the detail you’d like to update.
- Full name: Must be between 3–64 characters and cannot include special characters (e.g. !@#$%^).
- IC number: MyKad/MyTentera/MyKAS/MyPR.
- Mobile number: Any Malaysian mobile number.
- Email: Can only be linked to one Setel account.
Edit and tap Update to confirm changes.
