All DuitNow NAD & Proxy Transfer should be processed or received by the recipient instantly.
If you are experiencing the following scenarios, most probably a timed-out has happened between Setel and the recipient's bank/e-Wallet.
- The recipient has not received the transfer amount.
- The amount has been deducted from your Setel account.
- The transfer status in your app is "Processing".
Don't worry as you should be receiving an update in the Setel app on the next business day about the status of the transfer. The transfer will either be processed or refunded.

Processed
The recipient's bank/e-Wallet has received the transfer request and will proceed with crediting it to the recipient's account -
Refunded
The amount is refunded and credited back into your Setel account.
