How do I know I've entered the correct DuitNow ID when transferring?

If you are receiving money into your Setel Wallet, your DuitNow account number can be copied from the Setel app. Just tap Top-up on the homepage and copy your DuitNow account number at the top of the screen.



If you are sending money out from your Setel Wallet, the app will display the name of the registered account holder. It is important that you check that the name corresponds to the intended recipient before proceeding to confirm the transfer.
