What is Pending Wallet Balance?

Pending Wallet Balance is money pending to enter your Setel Wallet. This happens when your Setel Wallet Balance is nearing its limits (RM500 for Basic Account and RM5,000 for Verified Account).

The additional balance from rewards that would exceed your wallet limit will be stored under Pending Wallet Balance.

How can I retrieve my Pending Wallet Balance?

Spend to reduce your current wallet balance so that the Pending Wallet Balance can be added without exceeding your wallet limit.
