You can easily check your help request status through any of the entry points below.
- Via push notification: Tap on the push notification received to view real-time updates on your help request.
- Via app inbox: In the Setel app, go to Inbox. Open the message we sent you after your help request was submitted, then tap the View Request Status button.
- Via the 24/7 auto assistance tile: From the Setel homepage, tap on View all. Then select 24/7 auto assistance to view real-time updates on your help request.
