I can't access my old number/update my mobile number in the app. What should I do?

    The solution provided is not helpful. My old number has been used for physical Mesra Card and it was my first Setel acc. However, at the same time i have make new acc with new number for my virtual Mesra card account. After a while on last year or this year earlier, i have submitted to your Customer service about this problem and after some period, the problem solved. This issue raised after i can't transfer my mesra point due to same Kad Pengenalan number been used for both accounts. The solution was my old number with Physical Mesra Card is deleted & transferred to my new Virtual Mesra Card account with my new phone number (01110319496). But after a while, why this issues happened again with all my money and point SUDDENLY GONE just because you guys detect i have another account on my old phone number (012-2829260)!!?
