What should I do if my DuitNow ID (registered with another bank/e-Wallet) is inactive/suspended?

If your DuitNow ID is inactive, you will need to activate it before switching over to Setel.

If your DuitNow ID is suspended, please contact the bank/e-Wallet it is linked with for assistance.
