How do I disable biometric verifications (FaceID, TouchID, Fingerprints, etc)?

Launch the Setel app and tap Profile.

Tap Security.

Tap on the radio button to disable biometrics.

Enter your passcode to verify your identity.

Your biometric verification is now deactivated.

    The solution provided is not helpful. (Fingerprint operation cancelled) this keep show up whenever I required to enter passcode
