How long does it take to verify my account/perform e-KYC?
It can take up to 24 hours to verify your account. You will receive a push notification once your account is verified.
If your e-KYC status still shows Pending after 24 hours, please contact our customer support via live chat on the Setel app/website or email us at hello@setel.com for further assistance.
Why am I seeing the high traffic screen?
The high traffic screen appears when we are experiencing a higher up take in users attempting to verify their account/attempt e-KYC.
You can choose to stay and wait in queue before proceeding with your account verification by tapping on the Continue Waiting button.
If we are still experiencing high user up take, we'll prompt you with an alternative option to verify your account by accessing the PETRONAS via Setel mini program in the Touch 'n Go eWallet app.
