Can I earn Mesra Rewards points using my receipt if I do not use the Setel app or a Mesra card?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to register an account with Setel to earn and redeem points. You can download the Setel app at the App Store, the Google Play store, the AppGallery, or at our website.

    The solution provided is not helpful. I have pumped petrol rm84.28 with swipe my mesra card but screen show card not valid. So I continued to pump and I got the receipt for my pump from the Kedai. How do I earn back the points?
