Why is my account restricted/suspended?

Restricted account

Your account might have entered a cooling period because suspicious activity was detected. As part of our security measures, your account cannot make any transactions while we verify the activities.

You will receive a push notification and inbox message about the duration of the cooling period and when it will end.

 

Suspended account

The automated suspension will activate if you

  1. have not done e-KYC
  2. AND, have spent more than RM 50,000 annually (1st Jan - 31st Dec of the particular year) OR RM 5,000 monthly (1st of the month - last day of the month)

excluding transactions that are allowed to be removed from the limit checks eg. insurance.
