Can I request to transfer my points and rewards to another Setel account upon account deletion?

Unfortunately, no.

Points transfer must be done before the account is deleted as all rewards and benefits are forfeited when the account is terminated. You can contact Setel support via the live chat on the Setel app/website or email [e-mail] if you wish to transfer your points.
