Why can't I pay using Setel?

If you are facing problems performing top-ups, making payments, scanning your barcode, or experiencing any other issues with your account, please contact our customer service.

You can contact our customer service via the live chat on the Setel app/website or contact us at hello@setel.com for further assistance.

Before you contact our customer service, please ensure that you have

  1. verified your identity by completing the e-KYC process.
  2. verified your email address.
  3. enabled biometric verifications (Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint lock, etc).
