What payment method can I use to pay for QR parking?
The payment will be charged based on the selected payment method in the Setel app. Currently, the accepted payment methods are Setel Wallet and CardTerus (debit/credit card).
If Setel Wallet is selected, please ensure you have a sufficient balance before exiting to avoid any issues.
What are the parking rates for Setel QR parking?
The parking rates follow the standard rates at each parking location.

I have a low balance in my Setel Wallet, can I still enter the parking location?
Yes.
No minimum amount is required in your Setel Wallet to enter the parking location.
However, before exiting, please ensure you have sufficient balance for your parking fee to avoid any issues.
What if my parking fee has exceeded my Setel Wallet balance, will the parking session still be valid/ active?
Yes.
Your parking is still valid/active until you exit the car park. However, you will need to top up your wallet before exiting.
Can I pay the parking fee for my friends and family using my Setel account?
Only if you are in the same vehicle as only one active parking session is allowed at a time.
Can I use screenshots of my friends or family’s Setel QR code?
Unfortunately, no.
Our QR code is dynamic and will change every 10 seconds for security reasons. Any screenshots will be invalid which will result in a failed entry/exit.
Are there any transaction fees for using the Setel app?
There are no transaction fees for using QR parking with Setel.
You will only need to pay the parking fees based on the location’s parking rate.
