How do I know my QR parking session has started?
You will receive a push notification when your QR parking session has started.
To receive the notification, you will need to enable notifications for the Setel app.
How do I end my active QR parking session?
To end your active parking session, simply show the Setel QR code to the QR code reader at the boom gate. Once successfully scanned, your parking fees will be from your selected payment method.
Is there any grace period that I need to be aware of while using QR parking?
No.
Payment is done at the entry/exit so there is no grace period.
What should I do if the scanner fails to scan my QR code and I get stuck at the car park entry/exit?
We’re sorry you experienced that. If retrying doesn't work, you can tap a bank card to enter/exit the parking location.
