Why is my PETRONAS SmartPay card showing payment failed after activating the charger?

Setel will pre-auth an amount of RM150 before activating the charger. Please make sure that you have sufficient balance in your PETRONAS SmartPay card. Please reach out to us if you have sufficient balance but still encounter this error.
