If you did not receive the OTP in the first request, you may click on the 'Resend Code', and wait for the OTP to be resent to your mobile phone.
If you still did not receive these OTP, there are four (4) ways to solve this issue and please refer to below
- We suggest you to check at SMS setting to see whether the message from 63001 was blocked or not.
- If you're still unable. Do check with your respective telco. Higher chance they block "Enterprise SMS" from 63001.
- SMS "UNBLOCK 63001" to 63001 and retry request the code.
- Restart your mobile phone and retry request the code.

Jika anda tidak menerima sebarang kod OTP dalam masa 60 saat, anda boleh tekan butang "Hantar Semula SMS" dan tunggu kod OTP dihantar sekali lagi.
Jika anda masih tidak dapat kod OTP, terdapat empat (4) cara untuk selesaikan isu ini dan anda boleh ikut langkah di bawah ini:
- Periksa sama ada tetapan panggilan telefon dan mesej ditetapkan untuk menyekat mana-mana mesej dari 63001.
- Jika telefon tidak menyekatnya, sila rujuk kepada telco anda kerana mereka mungkin menyekat "Mesej Perusahaan" daripada 63001.
- Jika kod masih belum diterima, sila hantar SMS "UNBLOCK 63001" ke 63001.
- Matikan telefon bimbit dan hidupkan semula serta cuba sekali lagi untuk log masuk.
Jika empat (4) cara ini masih gagal untuk anda dapatkan kod OTP, sila kongsikan nombor telefon dan tangkap skrin (Screenshot) mesej SMS UNBLOCK 63001 anda lalu hubungi kami sama ada melalui emel, hello@setel.my atau Live Chat di app Setel.
