Mobile devices are safe to use at petrol station before and after refuelling. During refuelling, fuel vapors are present around the fuel nozzle attached to the vehicles fuel tank and any close ignition source might trigger fire explosion.
As comparison, users’ vehicles are more significant sources of ignition compare to mobile devices. Vehicles are allowed to be driven until next to the fuel dispenser (with ignition on), thereafter only users being requested to switch off the car engine before dispensing. Applying similar concept, Setel is perfectly safe.
