How do I know if PETRONAS already received my approval letter and is processing my request?

If you applied SKDS/SKPS for physical SmartPay cards, kindly contact Mesralink.

If you applied SKDS/SKPS for digital or Cardless SmartPay, it will take 5 business days to process upon submitting the documents. If there is no update after 5 business days, please reach out to us at hello@setel.com.
