The SKDS program operates by offering subsidized diesel fuel at lower prices than the market rate. The government covers the price difference to provide financial assistance to eligible sectors. The subsidy rates and eligibility criteria may vary depending on government policies and economic conditions.

This means that your fleet drivers will first purchase diesel at the market price (at the time of purchase) from Petronas stations. At the end of each month, reimbursement will be provided for the difference between the market price and the subsidized rate, according to the quota used. This reimbursement will be credited to your SmartPay account.
