What is the Subsidised Diesel Control Scheme (SKDS), and what is its purpose?

The SKDS program, or Subsidised Diesel Control Scheme, is a government initiative in Malaysia designed to regulate and manage the distribution of subsidized diesel fuel. Its primary purpose is to support key economic sectors such as agriculture, fishing, transportation and manufacturing by providing subsidized diesel fuel to eligible users.
