What happens if I do not spend/make any purchases for the month?

If you did not spend or make any purchases for the month, your level will drop by 1 in the next month.

In order to maintain your current level, continue spending to meet the minimum spending/points collection requirements for your current level.

Don't worry, the Setel app will prompt you on how to maintain your current level or to unlock the next level. You can also check your membership level to see how many points you will need.
