Please note that this process applies for non-Setel transaction only, whereby Setel was not used to purchase fuel or other items from Mesra stores.
The transaction must also have been made via card/cash at the counter and a receipt was given to the customer.
Kindly refer to the steps below to claim your points
- Open your Setel app.
- Select More at the bottom right.
- Select Submit receipts under the MESRA tab.
- Upload a picture of your receipt. Make sure the invoice number, station name, amount, and date and time are clear.
- Click SUBMIT.
- The claim will take up to 10 business days to process.
Terms & Condition
Redemption must be made within 7 days from purchase date stated on the receipt. Users can only submit up to 10 claims every month.
Setel reserves the right to reject claim submission that does not meet the requirements stated.
To claim Mesra points, only your receipts for fuel cash, credit card or debit card and/or Mesra store purchases will be accepted as evidence of purchase.
For users who swiped their Mesra card during the purchase, you will not be entitled to claim again.
Please take note that currently the submit receipt process takes around 30 working days to process . Our team is working very hard to expedite the process and ensure to process this at the soonest.
Alternatively, you may purchase fuel or items at Mesra mart via Setel application using the e-wallet (top up using credit card or online banking) or credit card (Cardterus) to collect your points instantly. Also, you may track your Mesra points from the Setel application when your transactions are done via Setel.
